Push your memory to Ren

In a new ChatGPT chat with the Ren connector turned on, send:

Record everything you know about me and my work. Include my role, team, projects, tools, and work preferences. Use the
Ren connector to save chatgpt-memory.md in my personal memory store.

ChatGPT saves the file in your personal memory store, like Alex Rivera Memory. Your personal space’s Default project uses this store.

Open your personal space’s Default project and select Storage → Memory. Review the file before using it, since it contains ChatGPT’s selected summary, not a complete memory export. See Storage.

Move a ChatGPT project to a Ren project

Automatic project migration isn’t available. Create a Ren project and copy the ChatGPT project’s instructions into its Instructions field.
